Charissa grew up in Colorado and is a graduate of University of Colorado. Go Buffs! She has a background in fundraising for political organizations and non-profits. Charissa and her husband, Richie, have owned several Anytime Fitness locations and most recently opened an up-scale flex office space in One Loudoun called Venture X.

Charissa is a proud homeschool mom and lives in Leesburg with Richie and their four kids. She is honored to join the FCA board and help serve this incredibly important ministry in Loudoun County.
