Greg Switaj


Greg is an accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive with a continual record of business growth and management in consumer products, consulting, renewal energy and hospitality. Management background includes sales management, business development, training and fundraising for start-up organizations. Most recently responsible for building a restaurant franchise company, founded in 2010 and sold in 2019. Driven by new challenges and the opportunity to lead and mentor in an innovative, faith-based business environment. Greg is recognized for his strategic vision to identify and target entrepreneurial/business opportunities, instilling faith-based values into the workplace in visible, meaningful ways, directive leadership with a proven record of building and managing cohesive teams and achieving results and profitability through sound business management principles and caring for employees. 

Greg was introduced to FCA when he owned a number of Jersey Mike’s Subs stores in Loudoun County; the passion and energy of the staff in introducing Jesus to young athletes was contagious! He grew up playing multiple sports and settled on hockey as he grew older because he loved the camaraderie and competitiveness of the sport. He also coached youth hockey in Michigan and quickly realized how important coaches can be in the lives of their players. The FCA 3D Coaching Model and the Character Coach Program are game-changers in the world of coaching youth sports and is a primary reason he is assisting FCA on the local Loudoun County Board.His involvement with FCA and his position on the board and golf committee have been a huge blessing to Loudoun FCA.
