Joe Bradford

Joe Bradford grew up in a large family (1 of 7 children) in the Atlanta area. Joe played in various team sports growing up and is a big believer in the benefits and valuable life lessons of sports including teamwork, camaraderie, practice and hard work.

Joe lives in Leesburg with his wife Merry and their three children – his two sons are in college and his daughter is a sophomore in high school. All 3 of them played team sports growing up. Joe has been very active in the Leesburg community coaching teams in baseball and basketball over the years. He loves being a Dad and the Bible verse: “Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.”
Proverbs 22:6 NIV
Joe works for Trex based in Winchester. He is coming up on 20 years there and is currently Director of Sales. Trex is a “green” company that manufactures composite decking made from 95% recycled contents. Trex is active in the local community contributing to various causes annually including United Way.

Joe enjoys serving on the Loudoun County FCA Board. He realizes the impact that positive, Christ-centered role models can have on young people. His children have all been active in youth ministry. They were very engaged in FCA huddles and were huddle leaders during middle and high school. Joe’s wishes are that the FCA ministry grows and opens the door for more student-athletes to experience opportunities to meet like-minded peers. His favorite Bible verse is “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”
