I was raised in Northern Virginia, graduated from Chantilly High School and then from Virginia Tech where I played soccer and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Sports Management. After graduating, I taught P.E. and coached soccer for Fairfax County Public Schools. I later joined my family’s real estate business and was blessed with a successful career while continuing to coach youth sports in various rec and travel leagues in the area. I currently reside in South Riding, Virginia with my wife Nancy and our dog Blue. We have three grown children…Abby, Anna and AJ. 

I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior on November 27th, 1992. Since then, I have worked to grow my faith and deepen my relationship with God through prayer, reading scripture, attending church and fellowship with other believers. I have served the Lord when called, including participating and leading mission trips, teaching Sunday school and serving on church committees. Over the years, as my faith has matured, I felt called by God into full-time ministry. Now, as an Area Representative with FCA, I have been given the opportunity to utilize my God given talents to share the hope of Jesus Christ through sports. My mission is to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and his church. This is what I am passionate about and this is what I truly believe I was created to do.
